Commemorative Gnomes

Support our teams on its way to WORLD FESTIVAL 2008 buy sponsoring gnome.  Only 5 copies of each gnome will be available. Select the gnome you would like and with a donation of $300 or more (that almost covers airfare for one gnome!) we will send you that commemorative gnome, our trading card associated with that gnome, and our heartfelt thanks for supporting this wonderful program.
We will gladly accept your donation and send your thank-you gnome to you, please email us with the name of the Gnome you would like. You can then either click on the Donate Now button at the top of the page or mail us a sponsorship form with your donation to complete your transaction (sorry we don't have a shopping cart).

Team Members

	Wizzy The Wizard	Wizzy the wizard is your average wizard in training.  Being a gnome, he likes to camp out on lawns.  He brings a tent and sleeps in it.  Every chance he gets, he camps.  One time, he got fed up with it being so dark when his campfire went out so he invented a torch that he lit with magic*. *When you light something with magic, the flame is always purple. Nobody knows why!
	Gnome Pikeman	They were almost defeated by the enemy army, losing solders fast. “Call the pikemen!” the general cried. Later, after his army was almost gone, they arrived. The tide of battle quickly turned, thanks to the gnome pikemen.
	Mayan Gnome	You may know about the Mayans, a group of native Americans who lived in central American. What you may not know is that they had a complete written system, accurate calendar, and were amazing architects. They also had pet gnomes, which lived long after the Mayans vanished.
	The Dark Defender	The Dark Defender Gnome is a gnome that defends every living thing, left & right, all around the world at night. It is so exhausting being a night time hero. Then when he does get to go home and get some sleep he loves it. Then he sleeps for one day, but he does not want to get up for three days.
	Robo-gnome	Robo-gnome was hit on the hat by a falling Lego brick after assembly, causing his obsession with Lego building.  Some things he has built so far: a house, a vehicle, and a big screen TV.  Things he is famous for:  saving Legos from vacuum cleaners, short-film star.
	Iron Chef Gnome	Ready for any battle, Iron Chef Gnome says, "Allez cuisine!"  In and out of the kitchen, Iron Chef Gnome is a fierce competitor.  Win or lose, however, he always cooks up a great plate of snacks!
	Tiffany the Fairy Gnome	Tiffany the Fairy Gnome flies around the kingdom vanquishing evil pirate gnomes with loud, high blasts of her magical trumpet. Flowers spring from her chest as she flies, healing the land and covering it with a rainbow of color. Tiffany often allies with Wizzy and Oz to stop Gnomer from zapping people.
	Torch Gnome	Torch Gnome first discovered his power by accidently burning a house down!  He then mastered his power so he could save Gnome World! His biggest test was defeating Icer; the icey gnome had almost put Torch into a deep freeze when Torch used his lava eye beams to melt Icer! Torch Gnome saved all of Gnome World!
	The Gnome of Oz	The Gnome of Oz used up every bit of his magic to get brains for the Scarecrow.  Then he thought: I should get a reward for doing all this.   He decided to take the brains for himself.  Unfortunately, this broke wizards’ rules.  Now he can never use magic again and will become a worthless wizard.
	Gnomer Dark Lord of the Sith	Gnomer was Palpatine’s master and he feels cheated that he was not mentioned in the Star Wars movies.  His favorite hobby is roasting people with lightening, but since it is not politically correct to roast your friends with lightning, he has settled on roasting marshmallows with his friends.

Coaches

	Ms. Gnomer	Ms. Gnomer was recently given a cool head dress.  With carrot in hand, she headed out to the river to see if she could part the waters. Now, she thinks she is an all-powerful leader (though she failed)! After all, it is not about what you can do, but all about how you look while you do it. Right?
	Knight Gnome	He is the Knight of the great Gnome Table (like the more well-known “Round Table”, but shorter) and he works for King Gnomere. The Knight gnome roams the land looking for others who will join the great crusade to free the land of pink flamingos, cement frogs, and other tacky lawn ornaments.
	Goliath	Goliath is a giant gnome who likes to eat marshmallows.  The long black stick in his right hand is a special telescope that he uses to spot marshmallows from far away.  His hat contains special nano technology based marshmallow detectors.  Goliath really likes marshmallows.
